Accommodation

The ground floor provides a dining/ living room and a fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker and  washing machine. To the rear of the property is a small covered, decked court yard with garden furniture. The courtyard boundary wall forms a section of the defence wall built as part of Conwy castle by King Edward 1st in the 13th century.

 On the first floor there is a spacious, comfortable lounge with some original features. The  furnishings include colour television a sofa and easy chairs.

The bedroom, which is on the second floor, has a full sized double bed and the adjacent bathroom is fitted with a wc, wash hand basin and bath with an overhead shower.
