Daily rate (excluding bank holidays and high season) £62.00 Bank holiday and high season daily rate : £67.00 Charge for each additional occupant £5.00 per person per night on daily rate only Please telephone for short break prices Booking Reservations Reservations are to be confirmed in writing with a deposit of £60.00. Balance of payment on weekly bookings is required 30 days before arrival date and payments for short breaks are to be made in full at the time of booking. Upon receipt of full payment, directions and key arrangements will be forwarded with confirmation of the reservation. Cancellation policy If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, the right is reserved to make a cancellation charge of the following proportions of the total cost:- 29 – 42 days 30% 15 – 28 days 45% 1 – 14 days 60% Arrival date 100%.
